# Gzring

> Gzring is an event registration and ticketing platform for schools, nonprofits, community groups and clubs. Organizers publish an event page, take free RSVPs or sell tickets, email QR-code tickets to guests, and check people in at the door with a phone. Gzring is built and operated by Bibnor. It is currently in development; organizers can join the waitlist for early access at https://gzring.com/#waitlist.

## What Gzring does

- Event pages: each event gets its own page with the organizer's logo, colours, photos and details; shared links show the event title, date and image.
- RSVPs and tickets: free RSVPs or paid ticket types with capacity limits, promo codes and optional donations; payment by card, Apple Pay or PayPal.
- Email tickets: guests receive a ticket with a QR code immediately, a reminder the day before, and a link to change or cancel. No guest account is required.
- Door check-in: staff and volunteers scan tickets with a phone camera or look guests up by name, using an event PIN; repeat scans are flagged.
- Invitations and waitlists: invite-only guest lists with personal links; when an event is full, guests can join a waitlist and are offered spots as they open.
- Payouts (planned): ticket revenue paid to the organizer's bank account, with a statement per event.

Schools and parent groups, nonprofits, community organizations, faith communities, clubs and associations, and fundraisers and galas.

## Status

- In development. Accounts open to a small number of organizers first.
- Pricing has not been announced.
